Perfusion Medical wants to know your thoughts about “the optimal packaging for backpacks” at MHSRS, the annual conference of the Special Operations Medical Association. Visit Perfusion Medical at booth #1106 in the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center from August 26-29, 2024.

Perfusion Medical is testing a new “first fluid” for hemorrhagic shock that, in concept, could extend the “golden hour” into the “golden day.”

Your input will help Perfusion Medical choose the optimal packaging for this new first fluid. Upcoming clinical trials will include:

• 500 ml IV bag packaging for hospitals, clinics, ships, aircraft, and vehicles
• Smaller, lightweight packaging to be carried in backpacks

Our goal at MHSRS is to gather input to guide our selection of the second packaging from PJs, medics, and others who carry first fluids in backpacks.
